2: Frameworks und Bibliotheken: Blazor
3: Build Tools verwenden wir nichts besonderes. Das was Blazor standardmäßg halt hergiebt

2: Wir verwenden immer noch keine Frameworks. CSS wird mit Oqtane Themes implementiert. Wir verwenden kein Axe, Lighthouse, oder eslint-plugins - wie jsx-a11y.

Etwas mehr Prosa. (Wir verwenden Oqtane, die Entwicklung geschieht in Themes und Modules)
