306b78b526 Added ability for Runtime and RenderMode to be set per Site - enabling the framework to support multiple hosting models concurrently in the same installation. Fixed WebAssembly Prerendering issue (this also resolved the issue where the component taghelper was not passing parameters correctly to the app when running on WebAssembly). db85e088bf fix #1659 installation issue on PostgreSQL by ntroducing a new RewriteValue method which can be overridden in a database provider to provide custom behavior. Updated PostgreSQL provide to utilize new method. 898b908c1b Added support for File descriptions, Folder capacity and image sizes. Added image resizing capability using ImageSharp - implemented in user profile. Added parameter to disable image preview in FileManager component. Overhauled Pager component and added Columns parameter for Grid mode. Populated PageState.User.IsAuthenticated in SiteRouter.
